[ .ccxxiv. : two hundred and twenty four-days ] "this scar is a fleck on my porcelain skin, just tired of trying lately.. I must just be burnt out again. *sigh* not feeling much, kinda of frustrated, but I'm not numb.. just seems like there is nothing to feel *shrug* still needing to find time to do things, it shouldn't be such a struggle, but I keep having things that need doing before I get back to anything I have to get done. its warm again, which is good, but I know the weather affects me a lot, and so I haven't been sleeping again. Mostly just don't feel like sleeping. M's away so maybe thats it, I just don't sleep much or take care of myself when I'm on my own, I guess. I'm sure it will pass, with the 'forced' holidays coming up, I may as well rest. things to do, work to catch, so I'd better run. +lost.laine+ |

Just had to comment because I noted you were listening to Broken Social Scene - aren't they brilliant? I also wanted to ask you to elaborate on the just tired of trying lately. I realize that I have subrscribed rather late to your blog, but do you mind explaining that point? Thanks, Swank

oh hey.. bss? ya a super-fantasic girl turned me onto them. they have a lot of great songs, I like Stars as well. Just some new music.. I seem to always need more...
hmmm.. tired of trying, huh? well... certain scenarios seem to repeat themselves, like at work.. when you make corrections to someone's situation, and another rep un-does your work, time and again.. it becomes an exercise in futility.
So I've been burning out and not making enough time to relax and get over some of these problems. just frustrates me.. you figure when you are making a difference, and find out its being undone, there tends to be no point to it in the first place.
sorry for the vagueness, I keep work info client private, but its the joy of having a day job.
don't know if any of that makes sense, but its 5am, and I'm just trying to be sure I reply to you... cheers =p
