day 143 [ .cxliii. ] upped my dosage this week.. 150mg.. things weren't so balanced for a bit.. but its going okay, I guess.. its hard to relate if my sadness lately is just because I'm fucking tired and seem to need money or physical attention all the time.. *shrug* just burning out for a bit.. had a brief conversation with a work mate today about meds.. its weird to find out how many of us seem to be on something for something.. I know I expect to get off these, but it doesn't change the fact that there are lot of things that just seem imbalanced. are we all permanently defective from the environment we've built and the food we've placed in our bodies? was it steroids in our milk growing up? or all that floride in the water? I don't mean this in a paranoia kind of way, but what we put into our bodies, especially when we are developing at an early stage in life, clearly defines what we become.. this includes emotions as well. take a look at Masaru Emoto's experiments 'Messages from Water' :source: they clearly teach us that pollution to our body and minds are as simple as the concepts and intent we place behind our actions... and we are beings of emotion. again where I've made reference to emotional math or emotional alchemy, the basis of our reactions are built from the expectations we developed over our entire life times. we cannot change our patterns and escape 'human drama' without first recognizing it, and acknowledging its occurance. James Redfield :source: makes this clearer in the celestine prophecy, but particulary, we cannot escape our own drama, if we do not realize its there; only then do we get an opportunity to be objective in our actions. emotional or physcial. enough ranting for now... above, thats my black angora Marley, as in Bob..
